Last updated November 1, 2026. Plain English, because privacy is the whole point.
The AI systems we set up keep your data on your own hardware. We don't have access to it unless you give it to us, and you can take that access away at any time. Our website counts visits and button clicks, but it doesn't identify you.
We use no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. We keep our own anonymous counts of page views and button clicks: the page, the button, the website you came from, whether you were on a phone or computer, and the time. We don't store your IP address with them and can't tell who you are. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security, for a limited period.
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you send: typically your name, email or phone number, and details about your computer and what you'd like to do. We use it only to reply to you and to provide the service you ask for. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
If you pay by card or payment app, that provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We keep basic records of the sale (what, when, how much) for accounting and tax purposes.
You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, except records we must keep by law. Email [email protected].
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
