Before setup we check your computer's compatibility based on the information you give us. Results depend on your hardware; larger models need more memory and may run slower.
AI models can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking with a qualified professional.
The software we install is free and open source and is provided by its authors under their own licenses. We don't own it and can't guarantee future versions.
Computers we sell are refurbished unless stated otherwise, are tested before handover, and come with a 30-day warranty against hardware failure.
Setup is paid when the work is complete and working. If we can't get your system working, you don't pay for setup.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
